RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Blended Cloth Boutique. We want you to truly enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have it’s original sales tag intact. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Discounted Items are all final sale.  

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items with marked with any sale/finale sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Gift Cards & accessories are final sale. Items

 

We only replace items if they are manufacture defect or damaged, in the form of gift card or exchange for another item in a different size or different item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of an electronic Gift Card to be used towards your next purchase. You will receive the credit via email within 7 days of the received return.

We ship within 3-5 business days, priority mail.
